"Now, with that being said, I do have loose skin. Unfortunately, when you have a lot of weight to lose, you will have loose skin."
Liza acknowledged having loose skin removed from her stomach and inner thighs, but not from her arms.
"That's not to say that I won't get it one day, because of course, gravity is going to do its thing, but I do think I did a great job at minimising my loose skin," she noted.
"The way I did that was staying consistent with my calorie deficit, strength training like no other, not being afraid to lift heavy, and prioritising protein."
