How do I log in? 

On website
Go to gbnews.com. Click the blue avatar icon in the top-right corner of the website, enter the email and password you used when you created your account, then hit ‘Login.’

On app
Go to the App Store (for Apple devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices) and install the GB News app. Open the app and follow the prompts to log in.

On smart TV
To log in on your smart TV, follow the instructions below:

1. Install the GB News app on your compatible smart TV. To find out if your device is compatible, click here.
2. Open the GB News app and select ‘Login’.
3. Use the camera on your smart phone to scan the QR code displayed on your TV. You will be redirected to our device sign in page on your smart phone.
4. If you are an existing GB News account user, enter your email address and password into your smart phone, then click ‘Continue’. If you are a new user, select the ‘Create a FREE account here’ link found at the bottom of your smart phone screen. Follow the prompts to register an account.
5. A 6-digital code will appear on your TV screen. Type the same code into your smart phone.
6. Once signed in, your TV will automatically be taken to the home screen.

I’m logged out and I’ve forgotten my password – how do I reset it? 

To reset your password while logged out, go to gbnews.com. Click ‘Login’ and then the blue link ‘Forgot password’. Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.

Once your password is reset, return to the login screen and use your email address and new password to log in. Please ensure you type your email address and new password into the fields manually, do not let the device autofill for you.

Why am I not receiving an email to reset my password? 

If you are not receiving the password reset email, it’s likely because you are still logged in to your account on another device. To resolve this, find the other devices you are still logged in to and ‘Log out’. Then, return to the login screen and click ‘Forgot password’ again. You should now receive an email to reset your password.

Once you have reset your password, return to the login screen and use your email address and new password to login. Please ensure you type your email address and new password into the fields manually, do not let the device autofill for you.

I am logged in but I can't access GBN Membership content, and I am still seeing adverts. What should I do? 

Check you are logged in using the email address associated with your membership. Your GBN Membership email address is listed in the confirmation email you received after signing up. You’ll also find it at the top of any GB News newsletters sent to your inbox.

How do I change my password while logged in? 

To reset your password while logged in on one of your devices, visit gbnews/my-account. Then under the first tab ‘Profile’, click the blue link that says ‘Change password’ and follow the onscreen instructions.

How do I watch GB News online? 

You can watch your favourite shows live and on catch up at gbnews.com or on the GB News app.


On website

Go to gbnews.com and log in. click the red ‘Watch Live’ button in the top left-hand corner of the page. From there, you can choose to watch live, browse our latest videos, watch your favourite shows on catch up, and check out our programming schedule.


On app

Open the app and tap the ‘Watch’ button in the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen.

How can I share, save or comment on articles? 

You can share GB News articles with friends and family, save articles to read later, or be part of the conversation by commenting on articles on both website and app.


On website

Click into the article you’d like to share, save or comment. Start scrolling until three icons appear at the top of the page (‘Share’, ‘Like’ and ‘Comment’). Select the action you would like to take and follow the prompts.


On app

Tap into the article you’d like to share, save or comment. Then tap one of the three blue icons located to the right-hand side of your screen, depending on the action you would like to take.

How do I manage my newsletters? 

To manage your GB News newsletters go to gbnews.com/my-account. Then, select the ‘Newsletters’ tab and toggle the slider left and right to edit your newsletter preferences.

Why am I not getting push notifications? 

To receive push notifications on your mobile, make sure notifications are enabled in both your device settings and GB News app settings. Also ensure you’re using the latest version of the GB News app, and that you are logged into your account.

To check whether you have the latest version of the GB News app, go to your App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and check for available updates.

How do I link my Apple or Google account? 

To link your Apple or Google accounts to your GB News account, visit gbnews/my-account. Scroll down to ‘Social accounts’ and click ‘Connect account’.
