Tommy Lee Jones's daughter has been found dead in a California hotel, according to reports.
Victoria Kafka Jones, 34, was pronounced dead in the early hours of New Year's morning in San Francisco, law enforcement sources told TMZ.
A San Francisco Fire Department spokesman said units responded to the Fairmont hotel to reports of a medical emergency at 2.52am local time.
Upon arrival, paramedics carried out an assessment and the individual was pronounced dead at the scene, the spokesman said.

Fire officials then turned the case over to police, before officers arrived around half an hour later.
A San Francisco police spokesman said officers responded to a report of a deceased person at the hotel.
At the scene, officers met with paramedics, who declared the adult female deceased, police added.
The Medical Examiner then arrived at the Fairmont and conducted an investigation.

The woman's precise cause of death remains unknown.
Ms Jones was born on September 3, 1991, and made her film debut aged just 11 through a small part in her father's sci-fi comedy Men in Black II.
She and brother Austin, 42, were born to Tommy and his second wife Kimberlea Cloughley - to whom he was married from 1981 to 1996.
Victoria went on to appear in a series of projects as a child, including an episode of One Tree Hill in 2003 - as well as a role in the 2005 Western The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada - directed by Tommy Lee Jones.

Her veteran Oscar-winner dad heaped praise on her in 2006 while promoting the Western flick.
"She's a good actress, has her Sag card, speaks impeccable Spanish," he beamed.
"When she was a baby, I told Leticia, her nurse, to speak to her in Spanish."
He later recounted her time on set to the New Yorker, saying: "She had to get up at 5am for her part. One morning, she wouldn't get out of bed. I said: 'Honey, this is work,' but she wouldn't budge."

"So I fired her. Then, without telling me, the production staff went over and woke her and rushed her out to the set just in time," he joked.
After 2005, Victoria appeared to step back from acting - but still appeared at red carpets with her father.
She was seen attending the premiere of Just Getting Started in 2017 alongside her dad as well as his current wife Dawn Laurel-Jones.
Tommy and Dawn live on a 150-year-old Texas cattle ranch, and also spend time on a huge 74-acre polo estate in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
