Jack Osbourne and his wife Aree have announced the arrival of their newborn daughter, bestowing upon her a name that pays heartfelt tribute to the television personality's late father.
The couple revealed on Wednesday that they had welcomed a baby girl called Ozzy Matilda Osbourne, honouring the legendary rock star who passed away.
Sharing the joyful news via Instagram, the pair posted a monochrome photograph of their little one accompanied by a card bearing the message "Hello world."
Jack confirmed the meaningful choice of name in his caption, writing: "Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne."

The newborn came into the world on March 5, with her proud parents choosing to share the happy occasion with followers shortly afterwards.
In their social media announcement, Jack and Aree opted for a classic black and white image of their daughter, creating an intimate first glimpse of the newest member of the Osbourne family.
The touching tribute to the late Black Sabbath frontman through their daughter's first name has resonated with fans, who have celebrated the meaningful gesture honouring one of rock music's most iconic figures.
The couple had revealed they were expecting their second child together back in December, not long after Jack's stint on I'm A Celebrity.
At the time, they shared an image of themselves in an embrace whilst Aree cradled her growing bump, with Jack playfully captioning the post "oops I did it again!"
Speaking to The Sun about preparing for fatherhood once more, the podcaster expressed his enthusiasm for expanding their family.
"We're super excited. It was sort of planned, I should say. It was maybe a little earlier than expected," he explained.

|"But it's definitely something that we were wanting to pursue and somehow it happened, miraculously," he added, reflecting on the somewhat unexpected timing of the pregnancy.
This latest addition brings Jack's brood to five children in total, with three daughters from his previous relationship.
The television personality was married to Lisa Stelly between 2012 and 2019, and the former couple are parents to Pearl, now 13, Andy, aged 10, and seven-year-old Minnie.
Following the end of his first marriage, Jack found love with Aree, and the pair went on to welcome their first child together before the arrival of baby Ozzy Matilda.

Ozzy died in July last year at the age of 76 following a cardiac arrest.
The legendary musician had been suffering from ill health for some time and had marked his career with a farewell tour in his hometown on Birmingham just weeks before his death.
During his stint on I'm A Celebrity late last year, Jack became tearful in a candid moment which saw him opening up about his grief.
