"Really enjoying these boomer vibe comments on my Glastonbury performance. it's super fascinating to me," she wrote on the social media platform.
The British pop star's energetic set, which featured her signature brat-pop sound and choreography, drew one of the biggest crowds of the day but divided viewers watching the BBC's live broadcast.

Another posted: "Charli xcx embarrassing that, turning up to walk around stage pretending to sing…"

The criticism centred on her use of autotune software and her performance style, with some questioning whether she qualified as a "real artist" without a traditional band setup.
Charli XCX hit back at the criticism, arguing that using autotune deliberately doesn't make her a fraud.
"Like the idea that singing with deliberate autotune makes you a fraud or that not having a traditional band suddenly means you must not be a 'real artist' is like, the most boring take ever. yawn sorry just fell asleep xx," she wrote on X.
The singer defended her artistic choices, stating: "But to be honest... i enjoy the discourse. imo the best art is divisive and confrontational and often evolves into truly interesting culture rather than being like kind of ok, easily understood and sort of forgettable."

She thanked music critics who gave her five-star reviews for the performance.
The performance featured fan favourites including "365", "Von dutch", "360", "Vroom Vroom", "Boys" and "Speed Drive" from the Barbie soundtrack.
During her set, Charli performed "I Love It" with Icona Pop and her viral hit "Apple", with singer Gracie Abrams serving as the "Apple Girl" and performing the TikTok dance routine.
"I love you so much, Gracie," Charli told Abrams as the US singer blew kisses at the camera.
