Adil Ray has returned to social media with a series of comedic sketches mocking the current state of British politics, weeks after deactivating his X account.
In an attempt to deliver his critique of the latest political headlines, Mr Ray has revived Mr Khan, the character he created for BBC sitcom Citizen Khan in the early 2010s.
And, inevitably, given his previous online swipes towards Reform UK, Mr Ray has wasted no time putting Nigel Farage in Mr Khan's firing line.
In his latest TikTok shared on Wednesday afternoon, Mr Ray, while in character as Mr Khan, went on to jokingly suggest that Mr Farage was a secret Muslim and "basically an Imam in waiting".
Adil Ray is a familiar face on ITV | PA"Hello, Mr Khan, community leader speaking," Mr Ray said at the top of his latest skit. "So people are saying to me, 'Mr Khan, these local elections, watch out for Nigel Farage from the Revert Party.'
"Sorry, what? Reform? Same thing. Reforming to being Muslim. Revert, Reform. They even got Muslim candidates... They must be doing staff training."
Turning his attention to Mr Farage specifically, he went on: "I actually think Farage wants to be Muslim. Think about it!
"He can't stop talking about us. That's love. Also, you never see his wife, and she's an immigrant.

"And he has a big house, and nobody knows how he paid for it. Also, the man loves a gathering. Standing in front of crowds, shouting passionately. He's basically an Imam in waiting.
"And his name, Farage, with G and E at the end. No, no, no, it's Arabic with a J. He even has a halal supermarket.
"Think about it, if you were secretly Muslim, which English name would you pretend to call yourself? Nigel! Exactly! Everybody knows you'd never give yourself a name like that. He's double bluffing."
Mr Ray couldn't resist including a dig about Reform UK's immigration policy during the sketch.

| PAStill in character as Mr Khan, he added: "Plus, the travelling, always going on about borders, who's coming in, who's going out, he's just trying to organise the Mosque parking. I can see him giving directions.
"Nigel, brother, we know. How much more Muslim can you be? I won't be surprised if I start seeing you at Friday prayers."
It's not the first time the Lingo presenter has used his online profiles to express his political views and take aim at party leaders.
For instance, Mr Ray publicly gloated over the Greens' Hannah Spencer emerging victorious at the Gorton and Denton by-election earlier this year.

| ITVHe's also been a vocal critic of Donald Trump and US Vice President JD Vance in separate online outbursts, as well as suggesting Reform UK's Suella Braverman has used "fascistic" language.
The GMB star's antics have even ended up landing him in hot water with bosses at ITV, too.
Following New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani's election win last year, the presenter appeared to endorse Sharia Law in a series of X posts.
This reportedly led to tense talks with superiors at ITV who took issue with the remarks.

| PAAnd it's not just politics that Mr Ray regularly shares his opinions on, as he's been a vocal supporter of Islam against its critics.
He sparked controversy earlier this year for mocking those who'd voiced concerns about "Islam dominating London" after thousands of Muslims descended on Trafalgar Square in March to mark the end of Ramadan.
And his on-screen conduct has also landed him in the firing line in recent months.
In a much-talked-about incident, the actor was branded a "disgrace" for his line of questioning to a WWII veteran, with angry viewers accusing Mr Ray of "race-baiting" the 100-year-old hero.
