Low cloud and mist returning to some eastern counties. The south also turning cloudier with time, perhaps the odd spot of rain. Northwest and western areas clearer and perhaps chilly.

Low cloud in some eastern areas tending to disperse, leaving sunshine across many northern areas; fairly warm in the northwest. Southern parts of UK, cloudier and cooler, scattered afternoon showers.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday:
Sunny spells and scattered showers, these especially in the east and south. Breezy through the weekend. Rather warm in the south and west, but colder by Monday.
