A popular Spanish route is set to return to a UK airport within months

Services will run twice weekly, taking off on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the summer season.

This latest addition means easyJet now operates 24 routes from London Southend, connecting passengers to destinations across the UK, Europe and North Africa. Seats are already available to book through the easyJet website and mobile app.

For those wanting a complete getaway, easyJet holidays is offering packages that bundle flights, accommodation, transfers and 23kg of luggage together. Bookings can be secured with just £60 per person as a deposit.

The packages come with what the airline calls Ultimate Flexibility guarantees, which let customers change their booking up to 28 days before they're due to fly.

Whether visitors want to explore the historic Dalt Vila, lounge on stunning beaches, sample the island's famous food scene, or hit the legendary nightlife, Ibiza really does cater to every type of holidaymaker.

"Ibiza is a firm favourite within our 8.2 million catchment - it caters to party-goers, culture enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike - so to be able to share this news now really does feel like an early Christmas present. We’re delighted to be ending the year on such a high and can’t wait to welcome passengers on board next summer."

This comes as easyJet rolls out January holiday deals to bucket list destinations - and packages start at £125.

City break lovers can snap up three-night trips to Prague, departing in January 2026. Beach holidays and trips to Iceland are also among the trips on offer.
