French Open semi-finalist Matteo Arnaldi has pulled out of the competition minutes before he was due on court with a virus.
Flavio Cobolli is through to the final, where he will face the favourite Alexander Zverev.
Arnaldi withdrew just 20 minutes before the players were set to step out on Court Philippe Chatrier.
Speaking at his press conference, Aranldi said: "It's difficult to be here, it's not what I wanted to do but last night I started to feel not very well.

"I woke up at 1am and I started vomiting. I tried to sleep, but I couldn't sleep at all. Around 6 or 7am, I woke up and vomited again, and it was pretty bad.
"We called the doctor in the room, he came, gave me some stuff.
"I was hoping it could just be something from dinner, but throughout the day I couldn't eat anything. It's tough because, for how the tournament was, how many hours I spent on court, I was actually feeling very good.
"To have to withdraw from a first grand slam semi-final is not something you wish on anybody. I feel sorry for everyone that came to watch us."

Ticket-holders for the match will be refunded.
Cobolli will have some extra rest than his opponent Zverev, who had to see off Jakub Mensik 7-5, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3.
Sunday will be Zverev's fourth Grand Slam final after several big names were knocked out earlier on in the tournament, including Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic.
He came close in Paris after losing to Carlos Alcaraz two years ago, and even closer against Dominic Thiem at the US Open in 2020, losing in a tie-break.

He was well beaten in last year's Australian Open final, though, by Sinner.
The German is hot favourite to win this year, with tennis legend John McEnroe backing Zverev for the tournament.
He told TNT Sports: "Everyone, including myself, feels he's going to win this.
"It could open the door for winning multiple ones. Or it could be the other side of the coin - if he doesn't win this, he'll never win.

"So there's a lot riding on this for Sascha."
Sinner was knocked out of the competition by Juan Manuel Cerundolo in an incredible upset, losing three sets to two despite serving for the win.
Meanwhile, Djokovic, who was also two sets up, was beaten in round three by Joao Fonseca 4-6, 4-6, 6-3, 7-5, 7-5.
