Manchester City's hearing into 115 alleged breaches of Financial Fair Play rules is now expected to start in September
Man City football team "could get regulated" sports correspondent Paul Coyte has claimed as the date has been set for the 115 alleged breaches of Financial Fair Play rules is now expected to start in September.
Speaking to GB News, Coyte said: "This has been rumbling on, hasn't it? The Spiegel, the German magazine, got the tapes, got the files, and released what had been going on.
"Now there's a hearing in front of an independent commission. We have been talking about this for a long time. Are they going to get done for it or aren't they?
"Finally, it will happen next month, scheduled to last for ten weeks. The verdict will possibly come at the start of 2025.
"I'm not counting my chickens on that, but rule breaches like not providing accurate financial information for this, that and the other.
"But ultimately it could mean they'll get relegated, but they'd keep the trophies they've won already. Who knows? Who knows what they're going to do."
