Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has opened up ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash with Crystal Palace as the west London giants prepare for the start of the new season.
It has been a positive summer for the Blues, who won the Club World Cup last month with a 3-0 victory over Paris Saint-Germain.
Chelsea will go up against an in-form Palace who have won two trophies in recent times.
They won the FA Cup at the end of last season, beating Manchester City in the final, and overcame Liverpool in the Community Shield on Sunday on penalties after a 2-2 draw at Wembley.

Chelsea have spent big this summer, with strikers Liam Delap and Joao Pedro among their headline arrivals.
They continue to be linked with a move for Alejandro Garnacho, who has been deemed surplus to requirements by Manchester United following a breakdown in his relationship with Ruben Amorim.
And Maresca has hinted Chelsea are looking to bolster their ranks further, with the Italian admitting that 'anything can happen'.
"We are ready, but we need to wait for the real competition. It's been a short break. We are going to try to be ready," he said.
"We are trying to find solutions internally. The club know exactly what I think. I think we need a central defender.
"We have a fantastic squad. We are happy with the squad we have, no doubt. When the transfer window is open, anything can happen."
Maresca then discussed Levi Colwill, with the centre-back expected to miss the majority of the campaign following a serious ACL injury.
"He is okay. Aware that he has to be a long time out. It's a big loss for us," he admitted.

"[Wesley Fofana] could be available [for Palace]. We will see.
"Benoit [Badiashile] is in the process of coming back, Romeo [Lavia] the same. Trevor [Chalobah] is okay."
Chelsea haven't won the Premier League since the days of Antonio Conte, who guided them to glory in 2017.
There is pressure on Maresca, especially given how much the Blues have spent on reinforcements during his time in the dugout.
But the former Leicester boss isn't too concerned, with the 45-year-old instead remaining upbeat.
"When I joined the club, the noise around the club is completely different compared to now," he stated.
"Personally, I don't like to look ahead three, four months because this doesn't exist in football. I like to focus on tomorrow.
