Prince Harry has been wanred his bitter public feud with Sentebale could spark a huge drop in the funding the charity receives, according to a royal commentator.
It has been earlier reported that the Duke of Sussex no longer considered the organisation “fit for purpose” following its investigation into bullying and other abuses at the African-based charity.
Sentebale was co-founded by Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006.

On Tuesday evening, the Charity Commission concluded its compliance case into the nonprofit with a Regulatory Action Plan to address weaknesses in the organisation's governance.
Prince Harry will have no further dealing with The Charity Commission following the Sentebale row, a royal expert has determined

The report found there was a lack of clarity over roles, especially around the powers of the chair, and insufficient internal complaints policies with no clear processes to resolve disputes.
However, the Commission did not find evidence of widespread bullying, harassment, misogyny, or misconduct by Prince Harry or by any other trustees but did acknowledge that several people involved felt they had been mistreated, and that those feelings should not be dismissed
“The whole thing I think it will affect Harry adversely. I think he'll be pretty devastated,” veteran royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said of the affair.
Fitzwilliams also felt that the outcome of the report spelt the end of the Duke of Sussex’s relationship with The Charity Commission.

“He won't do anything under the jurisdiction of The Charity Commission,” he confidently stated.
The experts thoughts were echoed by a source close to Prince Harry, who said the Duke would: "Categorically not do it under the jurisdiction of the Charity Commission for England and Wales, which he has no faith in and would go as far to say that he believes isn’t fit for purpose."
Fitzwilliams also highlighted the “ferocious” statement issued by the Duke’s representatives following the release of the report.
The address in question was shared to GB News in which a spokesman for the Duke of Sussex’s addressed the outcome of The Charity Commission's investigation.

“Despite all that, their report falls troublingly short in many regards, primarily the fact that the consequences of the current Chair’s actions will not be borne by her - but by the children who rely on Sentebale’s support,” it read.
The statement was referring to Dr Sophie Chandauka, Sentebale's chairwoman, who had accused Prince Harry of “unacceptable behaviour”.
It concluded: “The Duke of Sussex will now focus on finding new ways to continue supporting the children of Lesotho and Botswana.”
Fitzwilliams echoed the statements foreboding final words, highlighting suggestions that Harry may even seek to “set up a rival to Sentebale”.

As for the charity itself, the expert feared for the “poor children” cared for by the organisation.
“We're going to see undoubtedly is a huge drop because one thing Harry did do for all his fault and that is he put a lot of money into Sentebale,” he said.
He wondered how the charity would be able to drum up anywhere near the publicity they previously enjoyed with the Duke in toe.
While the report has concluded, it has been suggested Sentebale may pursue further action against the Duke of Sussex.
