Prince Harry has made his debut speaking appearance in his wife's Netflix lifestyle programme, With Love, Meghan, though his contribution may not have been quite what the Duchess had hoped for.
Throughout the show's first two seasons, Prince Harry had been conspicuously apart from a brief glimpse, leaving viewers wondering where he was.
The special holiday edition released on Wednesday finally brought him on screen to taste dishes prepared by Meghan and celebrity chef Tom Colicchio.
However, his verdict on his wife's culinary creations proved less than flattering, with the Duke offering some rather unfavourable reviews of her efforts.

When presented with a beetroot salad, the Duke eyed it suspiciously before declaring: "Oh wow, that's like the anti-salad."
He elaborated further, noting: "That salad, me and the salad we're having this sort of eye-off. It's amazing there are not many things in the world that I don't like. And they're all in that one bowl."
Meghan had acknowledged beforehand that the dish contained "the top things my husband hates to eat" including black olives, fennel and pickled vegetables.
The gumbo fared little better, with Harry grimacing through the spicy stew before delivering his assessment: "I'm not so sure it's as good as your mum's but it's certainly close."

The gumbo dish holds particular significance as a traditional southern stew that Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, prepares each Christmas Eve.
Meghan opted for spicy andouille sausage rather than the turkey version her mother typically makes for Harry, gleefully predicting "he's gonna sweat" before serving it.

The hour-long festive special guides viewers through various holiday activities, from gift wrapping and plate decoration to crafting advent calendars, crackers and wreaths.
American tennis champion Naomi Osaka appeared as a guest to help decorate plates and mugs, though she appeared to struggle to muster much visible enthusiasm for the task.
Meghan's friends Kelly McKee Zajfen and Lindsay Jill Roth proved more animated participants, wearing matching Christmas pyjamas while creating wreaths.
The footage is understood to have been captured last autumn, when production on the first two series took place back-to-back.
