A US Judge has ordered the Department of Homeland Security to hand over Prince Harry's immigration papers for him to review while he decides whether to make them public.

Speaking to GB News, Nile Gardiner said of the development: “Very significant developments here in Washington, a federal judge ordered the US Department of Homeland Security to hand over Prince Harry's immigration records to the judge for his review under what is known as in camera review.

“And this is a big game changer here. From our point of view, this is a very encouraging positive development. The judge has ordered the handover of those documents within two weeks. March 21st is the deadline and then the judge will review exactly what is inside Prince Harry's immigration record. So the stakes are very high here.

“The Biden administration fought tooth and nail against handing ovee these documents. So this is a very significant development and it's certainly our hope that ultimately Prince Harry's immigration records will be released to the American people for their review.”
