Harry and Meghan dramatically stepped back from royal duties in 2020

Prince Harry’s lack of experience working in the real world has contributed to the Sussexes’ high staff turnover, according to a royal author.

Angela Levin joined Mark Dolan on GBN America to discuss the couple and their apparent high staff turnover.

After dramatically quitting their royal roles and moving to America, the couple did not retain any staff in the UK.

Levin claims Harry has not always seen eye-to-eye with his members of staff.

“Meghan thinks she knows better than everyone. She was furious that the Queen did not want to know immediately how she thought the Royal Family could be modernised.

“It’s quite interesting that she actually felt this. If you go to a new company, you’re quite quiet for a while.

“If you go to the most important Royal Family in the world, you keep very quiet before making an offering to say something.

“She could have been very helpful, she could have been wonderful, but she has to have it now and be first, that’s why she pushes Harry out of the way when shaking hands with somebody.”

According to The Telegraph, the Sussexes have made more changes to their team this week with the hire of Charlie Gipson, a PR executive, who will act as their main point of contact for UK and European media.

The 41-year-old has previously worked for the likes of Hairdo, Pedigree, Mars and Cadbury.

According to PEOPLE, he will be joined by Kyle Boulia, who will take on the role of the couple’s deputy press secretary, based in Los Angeles. He is set to act as the point of contact for US media.

Harry and Meghan were said to be keen for more UK representation ahead of the soft launch of the duchess’s new brand American Riviera Orchard.

The duchess sent out jars of strawberry jam to A-listers including Kris Jenner and Chrissy Teigen who have been taking to social media to show off their limited edition item.
