Meghan Markle’s new lifestyle website was hijacked by an anonymous user whose “thoughts are with Kate.”

A royal enthusiast has used Meghan Markle’s new lifestyle website name American Riviera Orchard with a UK website domain to divert users to a UK foodbank charity.

The UK version of the website's domain transfers users to a Trussell Trust landing page which leads to a Just Giving fundraiser with a private message.

The anonymous person said: “Not Meghan. Hope Meghan wouldn’t mind. Thoughts with Catherine x.”

The Just Giving Page has a target of £1,000 and has currently received £36 of funding for The Trussell Trust who work to stop UK hunger and poverty.

Meanwhile, Meghan’s original website leads to a page with a waitlist and a link to the official Instagram page.

It has been revealed since the launch of her website that the duchess will be selling products through her brand with items ranging from makeup to dog shampoo.

Meghan will be selling a number of household goods, cookware, gardening tools, beverages, food and condiments.
