King Charles is expanding his workforce at Sandringham Estate, with the royal residence announcing multiple new job openings.
The Norfolk estate team revealed on Thursday that they are recruiting for several positions, including both permanent and temporary roles for the upcoming busy season.
The 76-year-old monarch, who already employs numerous staff across his royal residences, is now seeking additional help to maintain the high standards expected at Sandringham. The recruitment drive was announced via Instagram Stories, highlighting the need for more personnel.
The job advertisements include a restaurant team leader position, where the job specification states: "Excellent service is your primary responsibility at Sandringham." Several housekeeping assistant roles are also available, alongside various positions within the catering department described as temporary and seasonal.

No salary details have been disclosed for any of the advertised positions. The recruitment notices were shared through the estate's social media channels, targeting potential candidates interested in working at the royal residence.
The expansion of staff comes as no surprise, given that the estate welcomes approximately 750,000 visitors annually. This significant footfall requires substantial support to ensure each guest receives an exemplary experience during their visit to the royal residence.
With such high visitor numbers, the King needs all available help to maintain the estate's reputation for excellence.
The seasonal positions appear strategically timed to accommodate increased visitor numbers during busier periods, allowing the estate to scale its workforce according to demand.

This is not the first time King Charles has shown initiative in his staffing approach.
Earlier this year, the monarch was praised for recruiting apprentices to work on the ongoing renovations at Buckingham Palace, providing valuable experience for young people.
The apprenticeship programme, showcased in a video shared with 13.2 million followers, received positive feedback from the public.
Comments included: "Very noble, keep up the good work," and "Such an amazing opportunity!!!"

The Buckingham Palace renovations form part of a decade-long project with a total cost of £369 million.
The King has been spotted using a walking stick at both the Royal Windsor Horse Show and the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
However, the King's accessory is simply a traditional country fair walking stick, rather than a mobility aid like the one his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II, relied upon in her later years when her mobility became compromised.
