Joe Biden 'concerned' as he sends well wishes to King Charles following cancer diagnosis

US President Joe Biden has admitted his is "concerned" as he reacts to King Charles being diagnosed with cancer.

Speaking to the press, Biden said he will be "talking to him" in due course to send him his well wishes.
