The Princess of Wales's uncle Gary Goldsmith has said that Kate "has the best support on the planet" after royal fans have gotten increasingly concerned about her health.
In January the princess underwent a planned abdominal surgery at the London Clinic, but no other information was released about her procedure apart from that it was non-cancerous.
Speaking to Nigel Farage on GB News, Goldsmith said: "I think she's got the best support infrastructure on the planet.
"She has got the best people looking after her. I just don't understand all this stuff at the moment."
Nigel Farage said: "Well, the photograph didn't help did it?"
Goldsmith said: "When it came out I said there's not a chance in hell that Catherine would have photoshopped that herself. And then she says she did so my inside track went sideways there.
"What the obvious thing that I can see in the picture is that they are a beautiful family. And the smiles should have been the center stage not sleeve gate."
