A royal commentator has said that she "hopes Meghan won't drip poison in their ears" after it has been revealed she is taking a trip to Nigeria.
This comes as Prince Harry is set to return to Britain next week for the tenth anniversary of the Invictus Games and it has now been reported that Meghan Markle will not join Prince Harry for the UK return after months of speculation.
Speaking to GB News royal expert Charlotte Griffiths said: "it's just a real shame because she had an opportunity to actually be really important in the Commonwealth when she was a member of the royal family, and this was an honour bestowed upon her by the Queen.
"But she turned her back on that, and now she's going to go to Nigeria. And I just hope she doesn't drip poison in their ears about our royal family."
