In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we remember that Jesus Christ is near to us all, making himself known in all sorts of amazing ways.
"Sometimes the most obvious things are hidden in plain sight. You turn the house upside down, searching for the remote control that was in your pocket all along. What you're looking for is there, but you just can't see it.
"That is a story of the road to Emmaus. At the end of Luke's gospel, two disciples walk along, curious and confused after Jesus's death when suddenly the risen Christ comes alongside them.
"Here he is walking with them, talking with them, but they don't recognise him. They don't see what is in plain sight."
