In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we learn how we can find hope in suffering.
"Suffering is awful and comes in many forms, and if you're suffering, I'm sorry for you. But many people choose to suffer. It's quite a bizarre thing. But how would they do that?
"Well, people go in cold water all the time. It's supposed to be good for you. But the Bible gives us some wisdom.
"In one Peter four, we read that Jesus Christ also suffered. It says this Christ suffered in his flesh, in his body. Therefore you arm yourselves also with the same intention. Do the same thing. Whoever has suffered in their flesh, in their body is finished with sin."
