
Humility is often associated with being a positive trait - but quite often you might think find the most successful people in the world exhibit more self-centred characteristics.
But writer Jim Collins, after conducting a survey, found that the most successful CEOs exhibited a trait that could only be described as humility.
Great leaders, when things went wrong, would look in the mirror at themselves first, what they could learn, how they could improve.
But when things went well, they would look out of the window. But all the people in their organisation that helped it succeed.
