
In today's Daily Reflection, we think about the significance of the Apostle Paul, born Saul.
"He was a rising star in the Jewish tradition, who was zealous in actually persecuting the early Christians. You could say he came closer than anybody else to wipe out that early movement.
"But then his whole life turned around 180 degrees.
"History confirms he was later shipwrecked, rioted against, beaten, imprisoned multiple times, and eventually executed, all for proclaiming the faith that he had once tried to wipe out.
"What was it that made this man so tenacious in proclaiming this message to friend and foe alike?"
