Russia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergey Lavrov, caused a stir at the Alaska summit when he arrived wearing a CCP (Russian for USSR/Soviet Union) shirt.
US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin are meeting today to discuss the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Speaking to the press, Lavrov said: "We never try to anticipate the outcome of negotiations.
"What we do know, however, is that we have arguments to contribute to the discussion, and our position is clear. We will present it."
