Labour minister assures Budget will impose 'no new taxes on working people'

Science Secretary Peter Kyle has refused to confirm or deny reports claiming that employers’ National Insurance is set to rise in the Budget, saying that the party will stick to its manifesto commitments.

Asked on GB News if a rise is planned, he said: “All of the manifesto commitments we made stand."
