Keir Starmer takes fresh swipe at Rishi Sunak as 'gamble-gate' escalates: 'Sharp contrast!'

Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer has hit out at Rishi Sunak as the 'gambling-gate' scandal continues amongst the Tory party.

Speaking to media, Starmer said: "I made very clear that if any of my candidates was being investigated in relation to the Gambling Commission, I'd remove them straight away, which is what I've done.

"That's in a sharp contrast to Rishi Sunak, who took days and days and days before he took action as a wider story here about the choice that the general election next week."
