Danny Kelly has claimed that it is "not a good look" for the PM after it has been revealed that he reportedly breached parliamentary rules by not declaring a Labour Party donor bought high-end clothes for his wife Victoria.

The gifts, provided by prominent Labour donor Lord Alli, were not initially registered in the MP's interests list as required.
