Tory mayor Ben Houchen reflects on first meeting with Keir Starmer

Ben Houchen says he and Keir Starmer are keen to avoid party division after his first meeting with the new Prime Minister.

Starmer has been meeting with the country's mayors and Houchen is the only one who is a Conservative.
