Watch as Martin Daubney clashed with Liberal Democrat MP Christine Jardine as the politician was challenged on the scale of Reform UK's months-long council election surge.
Mrs Jardine claimed her party had won more council by-elections than any other party.
But this claim was challenged by Martin, who noted that the Lib Dems' 20 by-election victories fell far short of Reform UK's 72.
Mrs Jardine insisted: "We won more local by-elections in 2025. Those are the figures I have."
Martin then clarified his dataset spanned from May 2025 until now, and Ms Jardine said she was referring to Lib Dem wins in the year 2025 alone.
Martin blasted: "Your figures are out of date... if they're run to now, then you aren't performing as well as Reform UK!"
