Helen Morgan: The Liberal Democrats have proven they can be effective

Liberal Democrats MP Helen Morgan insists her party have often set the agenda and have proven they can be effective in doing so.

She cited the windfall tax, which was later adopted by the Government after it was initially championed by the Lib Dems.
