GB News host Stephen was delighted to spot an old friend appear live on GB News today.

To comment on sailing, Alec Wilkinson dialled into the show via a zoom link and viewers discovered that he used to work with Stephen.

An excited Stephen said: "Oh, it is Alec. We used to work together years ago."
