Suella Braverman's own constituent claimed she had "never heard" of the Home Secretary
Olivia Utley has been out in Fareham speaking to constituents of Suella Braverman and asking them what they think of her as their Home Secretary, and local MP.
Braverman is set to face Conservative Flick Drummond as a result of Constituency boundary changes.
The two MPs will go against each other in a party vote on Wednesday to represent the new proposed constituency called Fareham and Waterlooville.
GB News’ political reporter Olivia Utley asked people in Fareham what they thought of Braverman.
One man said: “I don't think she does a lot for the community around here. She's a mouthpiece on TV I know that much.
“She’s on TV a lot that's all I would really say about it. Really doesn't do anything for the local community around here.”
Another man said: “I think she's doing a great job. Yeah, really impressed with what she's doing. She's on the right track, got her mind set right for the country and immigration and, yeah, great Home secretary.”
One woman simply said: “I’ve never heard of her!”
