According to the homeowner, financial constraints prevent the installation of protective fencing, which leaves her vulnerable to the animal's unwelcome presence on their property.

The dog remains on an extended tether that permits it to roam beyond its owner's boundaries into adjacent properties.
The homeowner's said the pitbull exhibits threatening behaviour including persistent barking and growling whenever they attempt to use their garden.
The situation has deteriorated further as the dog regularly defecates on their property, creating what they described as a "minefield" of waste.
"I don't want dog s**t in my yard when I don't even have a DOG! My yard should not be a minefield of dog s**t," the frustrated resident wrote.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
They said the small garden sizes throughout the neighbourhood exacerbate the problem, making boundary violations inevitable.
The dog owner dismissed their neighbour's fears, maintaining the animal presents no danger.
"My neighbour keeps their pitbull chained outside all day. It keeps growling and barking at me and pooping in my yard," the homeowner explained in their online post.
The resident revealed their reluctance to escalate the dispute, fearing it would permanently damage relations with their new neighbour.

"I guess I'll have to start some s**t with my brand new neighbour and make her my enemy to get anything done," they wrote.
The property was constructed this year, and the homeowner suspects their neighbour had grown accustomed to unrestricted use of the space.
Online commenters offered practical strategies for addressing the situation.
One suggested: "Just call animal control at this point. It seems like neglect to leave this dog with no shelters or water."
Another respondent added: "The first thing I would try is carrying an air horn when you're in the yard.
"If that doesn't work, my next step would be bear spray."
A third contributor advised direct communication followed by official action if necessary, while also suggesting the homeowner return any canine waste to the neighbour's property.
