Martin Daubney has slammed Sky News for giving a deported child sex offender a platform, describing the move as "utterly repugnant".
The GB News host was reacting to an interview Sky aired with Hadush Kebatu, the Ethiopian man recently deported after being jailed for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl and a woman.
Kebatu is now back in Ethiopia, and in the Sky interview, claimed he tried to hand himself in to police, which Martin described as "distasteful".
"GB News would never show a clip of a convicted child sex offender," Martin told viewers.

Martin fumed: "He's in Ethiopia now, and he claims that he tried to hand himself in. It is so distasteful.
"GB News would never show a clip of a convicted child sex offender. Then Sky News platformed him, and they gave him a sympathetic hearing.
"I think that's utterly repugnant. Why on earth is this man being given any media oxygen? He's a scumbag."
Former Labour MP Geoff Hoon agreed: "Totally agree, most people rightly believe that when someone commits an offence, who's from another country has no right to be in this country.
"He should be deported, and the taxpayer should not have to bear the cost of keeping such a person, such a convicted criminal, in prison."
Hitting out at Sky, Reform UK's Zia Yusuf posted on X: "How is Kebatu giving interviews to broadcast TV after being convicted of sexually assaulting a child? Shabana Mahmood, your silence is deafening. The country deserves an explanation."
The Home Office said Kebatu, 38, was deported from the UK on Tuesday night.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Kebatu landed in his home country this morning | ESSEX POLICESpeaking to Sky News after arriving in Ethiopia on Wednesday morning, Hadush Kebatu discussed his accidental release from HMP Chelmsford on 24 October and the subsequent two-day manhunt.
The convicted sex offender was also repeatedly questioned about his crimes, but Sky News reportedly chose not to air that portion of the interview.
In the interview, Kebatu claimed he tried to hand himself in to police in London but said he was ignored.
Kebatu was jailed after sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl and a woman while living in an asylum hotel in Epping, Essex, but was mistakenly freed by prison staff on Friday.
Responding to Kebatu's claims, the Metropolitan Police said: "The Met is not aware of any evidence to support the claims that Kebatu approached officers on Saturday morning.
"The actions of officers who responded to the sighting of him on Sunday morning show how seriously they were taking the manhunt.
"Kebatu's actions on the morning of his arrest were more like those of someone trying to avoid officers, not trying to hand himself in."
