Kriss Akabusi shares his key career advice: 'If you are hungry you grab it!'

Former Olympian and Athletics superstar, Kriss Akabusi, speaks to Lee Anderson about his career and his passion to help kids in care.

Akabusi told GB News: "Tell you what, Lee, when you come from that background, mate, you're hungry.

"You are hungry. I'll do double sessions. I'm hungry. And you know when you get to that line, when you get to that line, it's do or die.

"There is no choice. There's no second chances. This is if you are hungry, you grab it."
