Dan Wootton has branded French President Emmanuel Macron ‘slimy’ over the French efforts to tackle the growing migrant crisis.
On his show, Dan Wootton Tonight, he blasted the Macron for taking the UK ‘for fools’, after handing the French efforts half a billion pounds to tackle the small boat crossings.
Dan said: “Has the Government finally twigged? Have they realised that we are being hoodwinked by Mucky Macron into paying France a sickening half a billion pounds, for them to refuse to stop the invasion of the UK's southern border?
“Of course, as you know, I don’t believe for a single second Macron wants to help us stop the boats. The more criminal illegal migrants who leave France, the better for him.
“That’s why French patrol boats regularly assist the overloaded dinghies into our waters before leaving them to be rescuers by the RNLI. It’s a complete and utter farce."
Wootton continued: “The slimy French President, who wants an illegal third term, is laughing at us hapless Brits and our increasingly toothless government.
“I am so heartily sick of the government knowing the answers but lacking the will or the guts to implement the appropriate action required.”
