Bev Turner shocked at 'damning' new figures on rising car thefts: 'Effectively decriminalised!'

GB News host Bev Turner expressed her concern for the "damning" new figures on car thefts, as expert Mike Briggs reveals the most popular vehicle for car related crimes so far this year.

Bev Turner said car thefts are now "effectively decriminalised" after revealing that "85 per cent of around 336,000 vehicle crimes were closed without the thief being identified".

Briggs told GB News: "There's a lot of issues around vehicle crime today. It's completely different to how it used to be in the 1990s. Uh, vehicle crime methods, uh, with the equipment available, uh, means that there's not really a lot for police to work on. Um, and it's a changing face every day with the equipment that's actually being used."
