'They have been ULTRA low for a long time' Bank of England keeps interest rates on hold

Liam Halligan has explained why The Bank of England has kept interest rates on hold at 5.25 per cent.

The GB financial journalist said that the bank is "being cautious" and "we have has ultra-low interest rates for a long time.
