According to the expert, filling your fridge with the right ingredients can do wonders for a woman's skin.

She said: "I recommend antioxidant-rich choices like berries and leafy greens, combating oxidative stress and supporting a radiant complexion.

"Omega-3 fatty acids from fish, flaxseeds or walnuts, are vital to nourish your skin, lock in moisture and help to diminish any fine lines and wrinkles - they all provide essential nourishment for skin elasticity.

"It's also worth prioritising collagen-boosting foods such as bone broth, citrus fruits and lean protein sources to help support skin structure that dwindles with age.

"By incorporating these into your diet promotes skin elasticity and resilience."

Women who want to look younger should also make sure they are hydrating their skin. According to the nutritionist they can do this by enjoying a delicious drink - green tea.

Green tea does not just have anti-ageing benefits - the hot drink can help you achieve your weight loss goals too.

A nutritionist explained that "green tea is considered one of the healthiest drinks on the planet".

It contains two "fat-burning" compounds, caffeine and antioxidants. EGCGs - the main antioxidant in green tea - appear to have "anti-obesity effects".

Women who aren't too fond of green tea can also hydrate their skin by eating water-rich fruits like watermelon. This works from the inside out to "maintain skin elasticity and a vibrant glow".

As well as consuming a few key foods and drinks, women can look 10 years younger by ditching a habit that "adds years to the body".

For a quick fix, women can maintain a youthful look no matter their age with a "trick" from a fashion designer.
