"No 75 hard, no misery, no cutting out carbs, we're not doing that," Conzo told her followers.
Her first tip is to focus on breakfast, which she admits she used to skip, thinking it would save calories.

"You end up eating your entire kitchen at 9 pm," she explained. Instead, she advises starting the day with protein to boost metabolism.
For her second habit, she's a massive advocate for walking.
"I promise you that 8,000 to 10,000 steps is going to do way more for you than a HIIT workout that you hate," she said.

The idea is to swap gruelling gym sessions for something far more accessible and enjoyable.
Habit number three involves drinking a full glass of water before every meal, which helps you slow down and notice when you're satisfied, rather than wolfing down food without thinking.
Her fourth piece of advice tackles the snacking trap, as many people mindlessly graze on 100-calorie snacks throughout the day.
Instead, Tina encourages people to sit down and enjoy three proper meals containing protein, carbohydrates and fats.
"Eat three solid meals with protein, carbs and fats, and if you need more snacks, go from there," she advised, suggesting additional snacks only if genuinely needed.
Conzo's fifth and final habit centres on mindset. She urges people to be intentional, mindful and above all, kind to themselves.
"You don't have to ruin your metabolism to see progress. It's about the intention that you're putting behind everything," she explained. "If it feels miserable, it is not sustainable."

Certified nutrition specialist Sarah Bowmar agrees that walking is brilliant for weight loss. "I suggest starting by setting a goal of walking 10,000. It's free, and it's a good start for habit stacking," she told GB News.
Once walking becomes habitual, Bowmar recommends adding weight training to your routine, noting that muscle burns calories even at rest, unlike cardio, which only burns during the workout itself.
