How do I update my payment method?
To manage your payments safely and securely, go to gbnews/my-account . Select the ‘Wallet’ tab to either add or remove payment methods.
When do I get billed?
Monthly GBN Members
As a monthly member, your payment will be deducted every four weeks. Your GBN Membership will start as soon as your funds clear.
Annual GBN Members
As an annual member, payment will be made upfront when you first sign up. Your GBN Membership will start as soon as your funds clear.

Where can I see my payment history?
To view your payment and transaction history, go to gbnews/my-account. Select either ‘Transactions’ or ‘History’ to view the transactions made on your account and the status of each.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we will notify you by email and make further attempts to process your payment. You will have 15 days to make updates to your payment details to avoid your GBN Membership being cancelled.
