A French model who battled sleeplessness for years has revealed how she now drifts off within 10 minutes every night using scientifically supported methods.
Zoe Gegout shared her sleep transformation story with her TikTok followers, explaining that she suffered from insomnia until she turned 20.
"I fall asleep in under 10 minutes every single day, no matter what is going on in my life," she said in a recent video.
She now sleeps through the night consistently and wakes at the same time each morning, a stark contrast to her earlier struggles with rest.

Her approach begins hours before bedtime with strategic meal timing.
"Try your best to eat your dinner early, at least three to four hours before you go to bed," Zoe advised her followers, noting that sleeping on a full stomach can disrupt rest.
The model works out during morning or midday hours rather than evenings, explaining that physical activity raises body temperature when the goal is to cool down for sleep.
Because temperature control is also pivotal for optimal sleep, Gegout maintains her sleeping space between 67 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit, which she finds optimal for quality rest. She follows this with a soothing beverage ritual.

"Every night I love making a camomile and lavender tea," she explained, describing how she sips it while reading in bed about 30 minutes before sleep.
The model swears by a specific magnesium combination that she discovered works "like magic every single time."
Once tucked in bed, she takes magnesium glycinate and applies magnesium oil spray beneath her feet, a practice she's maintained for two years.
After sunset, Gegout also avoids bright overhead lights, opting instead for red bedside lamps that help the body relax. She also activates night mode on her phone and computer to reduce blue light exposure.
To engage all the senses, Gegout uses an essential oil diffuser on her bedside table, filling her bedroom with lavender or chamomile scents.
"It makes the bedroom so relaxing. I've been doing that for years, and I need it to fall asleep," she revealed.

Her final pre-sleep ritual involves a hot shower by candlelight, by placing battery-powered candles in her bathroom to create a calming atmosphere while she washes.
For particularly challenging nights, such as early morning photoshoots or after late-afternoon coffee, she turns to Relaxium, a drug-free sleep supplement that provides extra support when her usual routine needs reinforcement.
