"Eat like this for a month and don't be surprised when your waist disappears," she told viewers in a recent video. "Gym girls don't gatekeep, but we do get results."
Eggs are at the top of her list, because they're packed with protein and incredibly simple to prepare. This makes it the ideal snack for anyone who reaches for biscuits mid-morning or raids the fridge before dinner.
"Eggs are high in protein and easy to cook; they keep you full, so less snacking later," she explained.
