Scan the QR code displayed on your TV or go to our sign-up page. You can register using your email.

Ensure your phone is online and focused on the QR code. If it still doesn’t work, manually enter the URL shown on your TV screen.

In the top right-hand corner of the website header, there is blue circular icon (an avatar). Simply click this for the login form to appear. Enter your email and password and click “Login”.

To reset your password while logged in, please visit www.gbnews.com/my-account . Under the "Profile" tab, click the blue link that says "Change password" and follow the instructions.

To reset your password while logged out, please visit www.gbnews.com/my-account . You will automatically be prompted with a log in screen with a "Forgot password?" link. Click that and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you have forgotten your password while logged in, please log out using the "Sign out" button found on www.gbnews.com/my-account . Once logged out, please follow the instructions above on how to reset your password whilst logged out.

Please log in to your account at www.gbnews.com/my-account . At the bottom of the page under the “Profile” tab click “Delete My Account” to send an email request to GB News. In the email, please confirm that you understand that ALL of your data will be removed, including your subscriptions, newsletter preferences, etc. This is NOT reversible.

To upgrade your account, please log in to your account at www.gbnews.com/my-account , then navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab. Simply click the “Upgrade” and select your new subscription. Remember to press “Submit” afterwards.

NOTE: If you are already on the highest tier, it is not possible to upgrade.

To amend your payment method, please log in to your account at www.gbnews.com/my-account , then click the "Wallet" tab. Select “Add payment method” and follow the onscreen instructions.

To subscribe to our newsletters, please go to www.gbnews.com/my-account and navigate to the “Newsletters” tab where you can choose the newsletters you would like to receive.

You can also subscribe to emails by visiting www.gbnews.com/alerts

To unsubscribe from a newsletter, please log in to your account at: www.gbnews.com/my-account and select the "Newsletters" tab to toggle off any newsletters you no longer wish to receive. You can "Unsubscribe" using the link at the bottom of the email you have received. Please follow the instructions on screen.

To post a comment, you need to be logged in to your GB News account.

Simply click in the comment box, type your comment, and hit enter to post it.

To delete a comment, log in to your GB News account, click on the three dots next to the comment you wish to delete, and select “Remove comment”.

To see all your comments, click on the notification bell that appears on the bottom right of your screen on articles pages of the GB News website. Then click the “Profile” button. This will open a panel where you can see your comments, how many likes and followers you have and any active conversations.

To report a comment, simply click the “Report” button next to the comment you are concerned about.
