BBC's Director General Tim Davie has been told to "resign in shame" following the publication of the broadcaster's latest workplace review.

Following the publication of the review, the BBC has pledged to take "immediate action" to improve workplace culture after it found a minority of staff behave unacceptably without facing consequences.
