Ricky Gervais has continued to tear into the easily offended as well as the advertising bodies who've refused to advertise his drinks brand, Dutch Barn, due to the seemingly contentious nature of his proposals.
Over the weekend, Mr Gervais was left fuming at the "cowardly f***ing c***s" who'd refused one of his latest billboards from being used on the London Underground.
In a video shared across his social media pages, the Derek star was outraged by the "powers that be" that kept banning his billboards, with the comedian insisting "there's nothing wrong" with several of his ideas.
In one of the allegedly banned ads, the tag line "drugs this good are usually illegal" is written under the brand name, while a second encouraged people not to "forget your stab vest" upon arriving in London.

In his outburst, Mr Gervais also explained how some of his adverts were a lot more palatable for more sensitive and politically correct consumers, but they've been rejected as well.
Despite the bans on his adverts, Mr Gervais returned to X on Wednesday with an update on his drinks brand and how the support he's received in light of the rejections has actually proven beneficial.
"The Dutch Barn billboards meant for the London Underground have been seen by about 100 million people online," Mr Gervais began in his latest update.
"Our subscriptions are through the roof, and we've saved a ton of cash. And some donkeys. Thanks again, you lovely people," he added, referring to the brand's collaboration with the charity, The Donkey Sanctuary.
Ricky Gervais is not happy with the 'powers that be' over his advert ban | PAHundreds of fans rushed to congratulate the comedian on the achievement, although one X user couldn't resist poking fun at those who failed to see the funny side of the billboards.
"But what about all the people who've been offended to death?" they asked, alongside a crying emoji.
Spotting the opportunity to ridicule those offended by his ads, Mr Gervais mocked: "They're in a better place...Bluesky."
This wasn't the only time he used his X page to tease whinging critics of his billboards and subsequent rant. Jeremy Vine regular Narinder Kaur also fell into his firing line.

The former Big Brother star and regular Channel 5 contributor said of Mr Gervais's complaints: "This man is fast turning into Jeremy Clarkson- arrogant and vile. Desperate to sell his c**ppy vodka. Whilst sat in London without his 'stab-proof vest on'."
Rather than give her attack the time of day, Mr Gervais opted for a different approach.
"Oh thanks Narinder for drawing this to my attention - I’m not sure which one to buy? Can anyone recommend?" one X user had penned in response to her outburst, which prompted Mr Gervais to simply bat away her complaints and capitalise on the interaction instead.
"The Ginger Spiced one is good and helps save Donkeys," he simply responded, alongside a thumbs-up emoji. (sic)
Ricky Gervais releases comical advert for his vodka brand In another social media post, Mr Gervais also emphasised why his drinks brand would be donating money to The Donkey Sanctuary after every sale.
He said: "So, we've had 30,000 new subscribers for our Dutch Barn mailing list over the weekend. I can't tell you how amazing that is. A huge Thank You from me and the donkeys.
"Six million donkeys are killed globally every year for their skins to produce pointless concoctions like fake medicine in f***ing China.
"This has fueled a global trade that destroys donkey populations and the communities that rely on them in Africa, South America, and Asia. Filth," he fumed.
Ricky Gervais during his Golden Globes 2020 speech | GETTYIn his original video, Mr Gervais said of the billboard bans: "I am f***ing sick and tired of the powers that be banning my f***ing billboards and adverts for Dutch Barn. Sometimes there's just nothing wrong with them.
"One that was meant for the tube station, just had me having a drink, and it just said, 'One day, you'll be underground for good.' That was it. They went, 'No, can't have that, because it might make people think, because life's short, we should drink to excess.' Who's f***ing thinking that?
"Oh, my God. Cowardly, f***ing c***s. But you can't win, because, well, you're not allowed to say alcohol's good for you, it does this, you feel confident, or it makes you feel attractive, which is fine.
"I went the other way. There was one advert, I was reading from my laptop, from government websites, just saying about all the dangers of alcohol. They went, 'No, we don't don't like that.' Do you know why? Because they don't like the truth, either, because that puts off other advertisers, you know?

"F*** me, honestly. So this is what we're gonna do, f*** 'em, okay? I'm gonna sell directly to you. Go to the website, sign up for our mailing list as well, and you can win a year's supply of Dutch Barn.
"Also, we save donkeys. So save donkeys, f*** censors, Dutch Barn," The Office star signed off.
Since the video went viral, TfL has addressed the claims that it was behind the banning of the billboards.
In a statement to Metro, a spokesperson said: "These adverts were never referred to TfL or their advertising partners for consideration. Alternative creatives for Dutch Barn have been accepted and are running on our network."
