However, voting via phone or text comes with a charge.
Votes cost 50p plus any network access charges and 15p from the charge goes between registered charities CALM, Mind and YoungMinds.
When voting by app, there are a few key things to remember in order to make sure the app downloads successfully and that your votes make a difference.
The app only runs on iOS 9.0 or later versions on Apple devices so make sure you upgrade our operating software in order to download the app.
Similarly, for Android devices, the app will only work if versions 4.1 and later are installed.
