The eldest Beckham child doesn't appear to be on speaking terms with his family

Nicola Peltz was in full celebration mode over the weekend ahead of her 31st birthday, with new social media posts showing her smiling for the camera and cutting cake with her family and husband, Brooklyn Beckham.

The update from the billionaire heiress comes soon after tensions between Brooklyn and the wider Beckham family escalated, with the 26-year-old having "blocked" his parents and siblings on Instagram recently.

Ms Peltz posted images to her Story along with clips from the celebrations, which took place at her parents' £76 million estate.

The actress recently switched off the comments on some of her posts after critics slammed the couple's feud with David and Victoria.

On Sunday, though, she posted a string of new pictures, with one capturing her with parents Nelson, 83, and Claudia, 70, as they prepared to cut into one of her birthday cakes.

A video showed further celebrations as she and Brooklyn shared a kiss before more cakes were brought out, including a ballerina-themed one.

Sharing on her main feed a photo of her and her father, she wrote: "best birthday yet," before following with: "I'm so grateful".

She also added a quote simply reading: "Lucky" alongside further snaps.

Both Ms Peltz and Brooklyn have received a lot of criticism ever since the eldest Beckham distanced himself from his family in a move that became evident throughout 2025.

A recent update came in late December when it appeared the Beckhams had "unfollowed" Brooklyn on social media.

However, Cruz Beckham, 20, set the record straight by revealing Brooklyn had in fact "blocked" each family member, including little sister Harper, 14.

The third-born Beckham child responded to a Daily Mail headline about the alleged unfollowing by posting on his Instagram Stories.

Hitting back furiously, he wrote: "NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son. Let's get the facts right. They woke up blocked... as did I." (sic)

Brooklyn spent Christmas and the festive period with his wife and her family in Miami rather than joining his own family's gatherings.

More photographs shared on Instagram showed the couple in matching red pyjamas, posing beside a Christmas tree with her parents.

In some recent uploads, Nicola seems to have removed the comment feature, meaning followers can't see or post anything under the pictures.

The disabling of comments is likely due to the remarks she has been receiving. with a recent comment reading: "A woman from a very powerful family, who gained wealth and power at a young age, and who generally possesses a controlled and cold beauty."

Another advised: "Embrace your in-laws with patience and love."

The message continued: "Marriage joins families, not just two people, and your kindness can bring peace and harmony into your home.

"Choosing understanding does not weaken you—it strengthens your marriage and sets a beautiful example for your family. With love." (sic)
