The former glamour model continuously shared updates after her new husband 'disappeared' for two weeks

Katie Price has disclosed the stark warning she delivered to her husband Lee Andrews during their first conversation in a fortnight following his disappearance in Dubai.

Speaking on her podcast released on Thursday, the former glamour model talked more about how she had finally made contact with Mr Andrews, who is currently being held in a Dubai prison.

During the brief exchange, Price told her fourth husband that public opinion had turned firmly against him.

"Trust me, you are the most hated man in Britain. Everyone thinks this is a scam," she informed him, a statement she said left Andrews stunned.

The mother-of-five confirmed Mr Andrews had been located on Wednesday, exclaiming on her podcast: "Today was the day, which is why I'm happy, Lee has been found. Alive. Woop."

Ms Price revealed the telephone conversation lasted just one minute, during which Andrews shared details of his detention.

According to the former glamour model, her husband claimed he had been interrogated by authorities who suspected him of being a spy, and that a hood had been placed over him during questioning.

"That's all I know," Ms Price stated on the podcast.

Mr Andrews also posed a difficult question to his wife during their fleeting exchange, asking whether she had believed he might be dead.

Ms Price admitted the thought had crossed her mind given the complete lack of information about his whereabouts over the previous two weeks.

She expressed gratitude to police and the foreign embassy for their assistance throughout what she described as a worrying ordeal.

Ms Price addressed speculation surrounding social media activity on her husband's accounts during his absence, insisting Mr Andrews had not been responsible for any posts or follows.

She explained that authorities had confiscated his mobile device and had been examining its contents throughout his detention.

"He hasn't been on his phone. He hasn't had his phone. He's been interrogated.

"They've gone through his phone, so they've been mucking about on his phone. It's not been Lee," she stated.

When her sister Sophie raised questions about another woman Mr Andrews had apparently followed online, Ms Price dismissed any suggestion of wrongdoing.

She claimed the woman had simply reactivated her account and that any connection dated back years, with no messages ever exchanged between them.

The woman has since blocked Mr Andrews, Ms Price added.

She declared she would be demanding a sit-down interview with her husband so the public could hear the full story of what occurred.

The former glamour model also suggested she might have found a new calling, revealing that officials had praised her investigative efforts in locating Mr Andrews.

"They actually said 'do you know what Kate, we do a lot of these cases and you would be a good detective yourself,'" she recounted.

Her family appeared less impressed with other aspects of her response to the crisis, with her sister Sophie revealing their mother was "so p***ed off" upon hearing a song Katie had recorded during the search.

Meanwhile, reports have emerged suggesting Mr Andrews was not detained on espionage charges as Ms Price initially claimed, but rather over a private civil matter, with authorities confirming he faces a four-figure fine and is due for release on Monday.
